TRUST · WHAT WE KEEP AND WHAT WE DO NOT
What we store, what we never store, and where we stop
We store
- Your account details, handles, and the bio codes you posted
- The signed agent authorization: name, time, IP address
- The result of your ID check, the document type, who checked and when
- For each enrolled item: a 16 by 12 grey grid and its 64-bit hash
- Leak URLs, the grey grid and hash of each copy we found, scores, every notice and every recheck
- Sign-in attempts and an audit log of desk actions, with IP addresses
- A copy of every email we send you, so the desk can show what went out
- Invoices and the last four digits of your card
We never store
- Your original photos or videos: hashing happens in your browser
- A copy of your ID document
- Your full card number (payments in this version are simulated)
- Your platform password. We never log in anywhere as you.
- Anything behind a login, paywall or challenge on a leak site
Legal limits
| What we do | Send notices under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) as your authorized agent, and search delisting requests. |
|---|---|
| What we do not do | Answer counter-notices, threaten or start lawsuits, or give legal advice. Those go to an outside IP attorney, who signs their own work and bills you directly. |
| Only your own work | A notice goes out only when a match ties to an item you enrolled, after your handle, authorization and ID check pass. Collaborations need the co-creator's consent. |
| Offshore hosts | Some hosts ignore notices. When they do, your report says so. A delisting request still cuts how people find the copy. |
How drafted work is checked
A drafting assistant may write the first version of a notice. Software then checks the draft for every element the law requires: your signature line, the work, the URL, our contact, the good faith statement, the accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and the authority to act. A missing element means the draft is replaced with our standard template. Then a person reads every notice before it is sent, and their name and the time are recorded. Nothing drafted by software goes out unread.
