Privacy notice

OptimaTech Labs, LLC runs CyberFans Shield. This notice says what we collect and why. The short version is on the trust page.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), handles and bio codes, the signed authorization, the ID check result (never the document), fingerprints of enrolled items (never the originals), leak URLs and notices, billing records and the last four card digits, and a log of sign-ins and actions for security.

Why

To find copies of your work, file notices you authorized, bill you, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.

Who sees it

Our desk staff. Hosts and their upstream providers receive the notice, which names you as the rights holder as the law requires. The attorney you are referred to sees the case file. We do not sell personal data.

How long

While your account is open, then 24 months for notices and billing records. Fingerprints are deleted 30 days after you cancel.

Write to privacy@cyberfans.com to see, correct or delete your data.
