Terms of service
These terms are between you and OptimaTech Labs, LLC, which runs CyberFans Shield ("we").
1. The service
We scan for copies of content you enroll, and send copyright removal notices and search delisting requests as your agent. We do not promise that any host will remove anything. Some hosts ignore notices.
2. Your promises
You own, or are authorized to act for the owner of, every item you enroll. You will flag collaborations and name the co-creator. You will tell us at once if any item is licensed to someone else. False claims can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
3. Agent authorization
You authorize us to send notices in your name for matches to items you enrolled, after your handle, authorization and ID check are complete. You may withdraw the authorization by cancelling.
4. Prices and billing
$79 a month per creator account. When you start, you pay pro rata for the days left in that month; after that, $79 on the 1st of each month. A one-time $250 cleanup applies only if your first scan finds more than 50 live leak URLs. If an account has more than 300 new leak URLs a month two months running, we may move it to the $149 Heavy plan with 30 days' notice. You can cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid month.
5. Lawyers
We are not a law firm. Counter-notices and lawsuits are referred to independent attorneys, who contract with and bill you directly.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
